Lighthouse Therapy LLC ("Lighthouse") is a for profit company and since cash is fungible, the net proceeds of the sale of Brighter Together bracelets will be added to the revenues of Lighthouse.  To the extent that revenues received from bracelet sales allow Lighthouse to meet its needs for operating capital, Lighthouse will not have to look to its clients to fund this portion of Lighthouse's operations.  One of the challenges Lighthouse faces in meeting its mission to facilitate the delivery of quality therapeutic services to special needs students enrolled at its client's schools is that budgets for the delivery of special educational services are frequently inadequate to offset the cost of such services.  Lighthouse can often provide services to its clients at costs that are lower than the costs at which these clients could deliver such services directly to their students with special needs.  The reason for this fact is that Lighthouse has attained limited economies of scale in the delivery of therapeutic services, among other things, by: (i) distributing the administrative costs associated with the delivery of such services across a large number of client educational institutions; (ii) sourcing services from lower cost regions and facilitating the delivery of such services on Lighthouse Therapy LLC's proprietary technological backbone; and (iii) streamlining the acquisition of therapeutic devices that are used in conjunction with therapeutic services and repurposing certain devices over time.  Yet even with these savings, many of Lighthouse's clients find it difficult to fund all of the therapeutic needs of their students.  All of the proceeds of the sale of bracelets will be used to make therapy services more affordable by lowering the rates that Lighthouse charges its clients for its services. Your purchase is not a charitable contribution, but rather is a source of needed revenue for Lighthouse allowing Lighthouse to continue its operations and its efforts to meet its mission.
