Director of Clinical Services for Lighthouse Therapy, Erin O’Connell, is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) who has served students for 19 years and has worked in teletherapy since 2016.

Erin directs the programs and teletherapy activities of all Lighthouse therapists. She provides data-based training and in-services. She also provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to new therapists and clinical managers to yield quality school-based teletherapy services. Erin has worked in the teletherapy industry for over a decade.
