How & when do I get paid at Lighthouse Therapy?
As the CEO and founder of Lighthouse Therapy, I’m often asked about how and when our therapists get paid. This is an important question, as ensuring our team members are compensated fairly and reliably is a top priority for us.
How Therapists Get Paid at Lighthouse Therapy
At Lighthouse, we believe in transparency when it comes to compensation. We pay all of our therapists via direct deposit, making it easy for them to receive their earnings. Therapists have the option to split their payment across multiple bank accounts if they wish, allowing for seamless financial management.
When Therapists Get Paid
Lighthouse Therapy operates on a 1099 contractor model, which means our therapists are compensated based on the services they provide each month. Specifically, therapists will invoice us for their work at the beginning of the following month. For example, if you work with us in May, you would submit your invoice on June 1st.
We make a concerted effort to process and pay these invoices in a timely manner. Our policy is to issue payment within 15 days of receiving the invoice, typically on the 15th of the month. This ensures our therapists receive their earnings quickly, without having to wait an extended period.
It’s important to note that in the rare event the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, we will process the payment on the first business day prior to the 15th. This guarantees our therapists are paid on schedule, regardless of calendar fluctuations.
Conclusion
At Lighthouse Therapy, we understand the importance of reliable compensation for our dedicated team of therapists. By offering direct deposit, prompt invoice processing, and a predictable payment schedule, we strive to provide our therapists with the financial stability and peace of mind they deserve. If you have any further questions about our payment practices, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
