When COVID-19 hit, we knew that many school leaders would have to switch to providing services online. The problem was school staff could not use our platform to teach, only to observe. So we responded quickly by adding Zoom as an additional platform that we offer. Zoom is easy to use, and all our clients get the HIPAA and FERPA compliant version.
You may wonder why not just use Zoom yourself? You can, but you will miss out on the time-saving training, and Zoom does not offer live tech support. So when your staff experiences a problem, they are left unsupported, trying to figure it out themselves. This typically results in frustrated, overwhelmed staff and student's missing services.
