Andee Szwabowski MHS, CCC-SLP/L, Director of Sales for Lighthouse Therapy, has served as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist for over 20 years. Andee received her B.A. degree from Augustana College in 1996, then went on to complete her graduate degree from Governors State University in Illinois (2000). She spent over 15 years in a traditional, brick-and-mortar setting until 2016, when she decided to try teletherapy, and fell in love with it!

Since then, Andee has utilized her creative talents in educational sales and marketing, both as a small business owner and sales enablement strategist. Her roles in the teletherapy space have included clinical management, customer success, content development, sales enablement, event strategist, as well as entrepreneur and small business owner. Andee understands how challenging it can be to bridge access to services, especially in rural and underserved areas. She takes pride in helping schools solve the roadblocks that may get in the way, especially when utilizing a virtual model.
