What does Lighthouse Therapy charge for teletherapy services?
Fee-for-Service
We’re often asked about our pricing structure. We offer three distinct tiers for our teletherapy services. The first is our fee-for-service model, which is an hourly rate that varies depending on the discipline. For example, speech therapy may range from $90 to $100 per hour, while school psychology services can cost between $100 and $130 per hour.
Per-Caseload Pricing
The second tier is our per-caseload pricing. This is a middle-ground option where you pay a set rate based on the number of students we’re serving – typically in increments of 20 students. As your caseload grows, the per-student rate decreases, but you’re still paying a fixed amount.
Guaranteed Hours
The third and most comprehensive tier is our guaranteed hours model. This provides you with a dedicated therapist who will be available for a predetermined number of hours per week, typically between 35 to 40 hours. While this is our most expensive option, it offers the benefit of having a consistent provider for your students.
Assessment Costs
In addition to the service delivery models, we also charge a flat rate for assessments across all disciplines, including speech-language, occupational therapy, and school psychology. These assessment fees are calculated based on the time and resources required, and are separate from the hourly or per-caseload rates.
Cost Factors to Consider
There are a few key factors that can influence the pricing for Lighthouse Therapy’s services. The region or state you’re located in, the level of support and organization you have in place, and the seasonality of your request can all impact the overall cost.
By understanding these pricing tiers and cost considerations, you can work with our team to determine the best model for your school district’s needs and budget. To learn more, visit Lighthouse-Therapy.com or schedule a consultation call with our sales director.
