Contact the Lighthouse clinical coordinator assigned to your school. The coordinator can help address concerns and facilitate communication between the school and provider.
Each school has an assigned Lighthouse clinical coordinator who serves as a point of contact for school-specific questions and helps coordinate communication with therapists.
If a connectivity issue disrupts your virtual session, contact Lighthouse’s technical support team through an available phone, chat, or email channel. They can help troubleshoot therapist-side or student-side technology problems and can join a Zoom session when a connection is available.
Lighthouse’s in-house live technical support team can troubleshoot problems for therapists, students, and schools, including by joining a Zoom session. Support is available by phone, Google Chat, or email, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern.
Virtual providers communicate with their designated school contact and other relevant members of the IEP team, such as teachers and case managers. Lighthouse’s clinical coordinator can also help therapists navigate school-specific processes and contacts.

Follow the no-show procedure for your assigned school. Typically, you contact the designated school contact after about five minutes and follow up as needed. The school determines details such as wait time, notification, and make-up sessions. Lighthouse therapists are still paid when a student is a no-show or a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Contact Lighthouse’s in-house technical support team by phone, Google Chat, or email. A technician can join your Zoom session to help troubleshoot issues on your side or the student’s or school’s side. Live support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
Your communication contacts depend on the school setting. In a virtual school, a parent or caregiver may be your primary contact. Lighthouse uses email and phone communication, including a Zoom phone number that therapists can use without sharing a personal number.
You will know the primary contact at your assigned school, along with other relevant members of the school or IEP team. Communication typically happens through email, phone, and other channels established for that school. Your clinical coordinator can help you identify the right person to contact.
