This is because our hiring season runs from April through August, and most of our therapists have already been placed with partner schools by the time August rolls around.

If not, we’ll need to go through the cross-licensing process, which can take anywhere from 30 days up to 16 weeks, depending on the state and the discipline. Some states have faster licensing procedures than others.

While you wait for your therapist to complete the licensing requirements, we’ll provide you with weekly updates on their progress. This way, you’ll know exactly when they’ll be ready to start working with your students via teletherapy.
